The desire of an increasing number of customers to reflect their individuality in their design led to the development of the unique HTW concept several years ago. Carpeting by HTW Design Carpet embodies what demanding customers value: functionality, style, quality, and durable value.

The company, headquartered in Oelsnitz, stands for 100% Made in Germany quality. From its site in Germany, HTW supplies the whole world wit individualised carpets.

In 2008, a ChromoJet machine with the latest generation of nozzles was commissioned; it was the most modern system in the world at the time. This system achieves an even finer image printing and can use up to 24 colours per design.

Since 2019, the 2-metre Colaris printing machine additionally gives HTW the possibility to produce designs in an unlimited range of hues using just four basic colours and the digital printing process. Digital printing is the ideal solution for satisfying individual wishes.

The philosophy of HTW Design Carpet has always been to harmonise economically and ecologically responsible behaviour. Resource-saving production processes and the use of toxin-free products contribute to fulfilling this philosophy, as does the principle of sustainability. To ensure that it satisfies these ambitions, the company is DIN EN ISO 9001-certified. Additionally, HTW voluntarily subjects itself to one of the strictest test systems in the world – certification by GUT (Gemeinschaft umweltfreundlicher Teppichboden e.V.).
